TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Whilst every care is given to all cats, they are boarded at the customer's own risk. If necessary, the owners will be contacted in the first instance. Any costs will be met by the customer. Every course of action will be taken to contact the owner or emergency contact.
- Any euthanized cats will be retained by the owner's vet.
- Full payment for your cat's stay will be due 21 days from the date of boarding. If there is a need to cancel within the 21 days of boarding, the payment can be transferred to a further booking. Payment can be made by BACS, cash, or cheque.
- All cats will need to be vaccinated and have an up to date vaccination certificate against Panleukopenia, Feline Enteritis, and Cat Flu. All cats having their initial first and second injections must be done so at least 4 weeks prior to boarding, or, this can be 2 weeks, according to the manufacturers instructions.
- Any cat will need to be microchipped, by law and Licensing Regulations. Proof will need to be seen before admittance.
- All male cats over 6 months of age should be neutered.
- Enough of the cats own food will need to be supplied for the duration of the cat's stay. Owners will be charged for any food provided by Kinnersley Cattery.
- All cats will need to be treated for fleas and worms prior to admittance and details of the products given. Any cats showing signs of unwanted guests will be taken to their vets and the costs of the consultation and treatment met by the owner, with their vet.
- Any cat showing signs of illness on arrival may be refused admission pending veterinary advice.
- Only cats from the same household may share a chalet.
- The daily rates are charged for a full day regardless of whether a cat is picked up in the morning or dropped off in the afternoon.
- Any cat not collected within 7 days of their pick up date, and where Kinnersley Cattery has been unable to contact the owner or emergency contact, will be put up for rehoming.
- Any information held by Kinnersley Cattery, whether digitally or clerically, will be treated as confidential and used only for Kinnersley Cattery purposes.
